Garlicky Lemon Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tilapia
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 5 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • juice and zest of a 1/2 of lemon
  • 1 lemon round slices
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Season tilapia with salt and pepper. Place on an aluminum lined baking sheet.
  2. Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Pour over tilapia. Top with lemon rounds.
  3. Bake tilapia for 10 to 12 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
